Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we do. As long as your actual order payment amount reaches $49.00 or above, the system will automatically apply the Free Shipping discount at checkout.

What should I do if the vase I receive is broken? Vases are fragile items. Although we use reinforced packaging, damage may still occur during long-distance transit. If you receive a damaged product, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging, and contact service@qquagea.com within 48 hours of signing for the package. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.

Can I modify or cancel my order? You can contact us to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped (usually within 24 hours of placing the order). Once the package has entered the logistics network, we will be unable to intercept it, and you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the item.
