2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and kept in its complete original packaging. Please ensure it is packed securely to prevent any damage during the return transit.

4. Fee Explanation: Unless the return is due to a product quality issue or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
